3 Participation and technicals

3.1 Registration

Due to the popularity of the event, the registeration is already closed.

3.2 Registration fee

Registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches, dinners (including social event), and course materials.

Please note that your pre-registration does not confirm that you have been selected for the course.

Payment will be requested only after confirmation of acceptance. Details for payment will be sent in the confirmation registration e-mail.

The participation fee should be wired to the following account, by mean of direct deposit or bank transfer. Please note that additional charges apart from the registration fees are borne by the participant.

For example, if your name happens to be Ann Smith, the title of your transfer should be PhasAGE TS Ann Smith.

3.2.1 Refund policy

The registration fees can be refunded in the case of non-attendance or cancellations until 20.07.2022.

3.2.2 Cancellation policy

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the course in case of an insufficient number of participants or other unforeseeable events that render the execution of the course.

3.3 Notice of filming and photography

Attendees consent to their filming and sound recording as participants of the training. By registering to this event you agree to being filmed or photographed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

3.4 Badge

Please keep your badge visible to others during the whole event and social activities.

3.5 Internet and computer access

Wi-fi is available for free. The network name is UAB (no password needed). However, some of the activities require an access to a laptop which won’t be provided by organisers. Please remember to bring your own laptop with you.

3.6 Registration desk

After the arrival to the conference premise, please visit the registration desk. The registration desk, located at the Sala de Graus (Faculty of Medicine), is open from 13:30 to 14:00 on 12.09.2022.

3.7 COVID19 preventive measures
